Storion's Board of Directors provides the oversight and direction to ensure that the company's actions are consistently in the best interest of the shareholders. With hundreds of years of executive experience among them, the BOD embodies the experience and leadership required for a dynamic and cutting-edge company like Storion.

Mohan S. Misra, Ph.D.

Dr. Misra serves as the Chairman of the Board.

Dr. Misra founded ITN Energy Systems in 1994 to research, develop and commercialize emerging materials and design technologies. Under Dr. Misra's leadership, ITN pioneered numerous new technologies and processes, including thin-film flexible photovoltaic materials of unmatched efficiency, lightweight microsatellites, solid-state lithium batteries, advanced fuel cells, plasmonic energy harvesting, flexible electrochromics, as well as the advancements in redox flow battery technology that led to the establishment of Storion Energy.

Dr. Misra earned his Ph.D. from the Colorado School of Mines and has served on CSM’s Board of Trustees since 2009. He has also served on the University of Washington Materials Science & Engineering Department Advisory Board since 2011. He is a Fellow of the American Society for Metals International (Member of Interface Research Committee and Composites Committee) and a member of the Metallurgical Society (AIME).

Kim Huntley

Mr. Huntley served in the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) of the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) for more than 32 years in positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, from July 2008 until his retirement in January 2010, Mr. Huntley served as Director of the Defense Energy Support Center (DESC) in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. As Director of the DESC, Mr. Huntley was the principal executive officer in charge of approximately 1,100 employees worldwide and over $25 billion in annual appropriations involving energy infrastructure and products. Mr. Huntley holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Golden Gate University and attended post-graduate courses in economics at California State University, Hayward.

Mark Waller

Mr. Waller is the Founder and President of BridgeWorks Capital. Since 1987, BridgeWorks has provided corporate advisory and capital markets guidance to many companies working in medical devices, natural resources, renewable energy, software and agriculture.

Mr. Waller also served as a founding director of PrimeStar/GE and as Chairman of GE/PrimeStar after GE’s investment in PrimeStar in 2007. He is active in the Portland, Oregon non-profit community. He is a recent Past Board Chair of Portland Metro East Habitat for Humanity and currently serves on the Boards of SEI, Friends of the Columbia Gorge, Community Warehouse, Maitripa College, Lake Oswego Rotary and other organizations.
